What is Hypnosis? Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation. A focused state of concentration. During our daily lives we enter various levels of consciousness. This happens when we read a book, watch a movie, or watch tv, and daydreaming. We also enter these states of consciousness as we sleep. There are 4 stages of brain wave activity we enter when we sleep and when we go into a hypnosis trance. Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta states. It is during theta where we can experience our subconscious mind our higher self. During this time of trance, suggestions are made to your subconscious mind that can be beneficial to create changes in ideas or behaviors. Hypnosis allows you to make changes to discover your own inner truth and find the strength to use it to make positive changes in your life.
