Can Hypnosis really help me?
What are the benefits of going to a hypnotherapist? These are the most common questions asked when people consider going to see a hypnotherapist. Some people are understandably a little apprehensive about considering hypnotherapy as a treatment, usually because of misconceptions by what they have seen on t.v. or in movies.
But when you think about the benefits that can come from Hypnotherapy you’ll see it’s really worth it.
Hypnosis can treat addictions – It doesn’t matter what you’re addicted to hypnosis can help you kick the addiction of food, alcohol, drugs, smoking and many other addictions. Hypnosis helps to rid your body of physical addictions to whatever you are addicted to.
Hypnosis can help you lose weight and keep it off – Hypnotherapy has been proven to be 30% more effective than just dieting when it comes to weight loss. Medical professionals speculate that Hypnosis helps people who are hanging onto the extra weight for psychological reasons or people that overeat for psychological reasons.
Are Your Ready To Begin Your Journey to a New Slimmer You? A More Confident You?
I have developed a 4-week program just for you. Are you ready to take charge and loose the weight that seems to hang on no matter what you do?
I will personalize each session for your specific needs. Together we will plan out a strategy that will help you to get past your limiting beliefs about weight loss and food.
During our sessions together we will discuss your weak areas, as well as your strong areas concerning food. I will help you to overcome your food addictions, whether it be salty snacks or your insatiable sweet food craving. I will use suggestible quotes from the words you use and plant those quotes/words into your subconscious mind surrounding food cravings, eating impulses, and your personal food addictions.
Do you need motivation to exercise? This can be accomplished as well through hypnotic suggestions. Your subconscious mind can have different thoughts about exercise. It can be suggested as an enjoyable time for yourself and your self-esteem, your mind, body and spirit.
All of these suggestions will re frame your subconscious mind. Once an idea has been accepted by your subconscious mind it tends to stay there, and it will stay until it is replaced by another idea, but the longer it stays, the harder it is to replace. What that means is, it’s up to you to keep the proper mind set of weight loss and keep a positive attitude by continuing to let go of your limiting beliefs.
“What I Will Do For YOU,”
We will meet each week and review your prior week before we enter into our session. We will discuss what has worked and celebrate your successes. We will also discuss what changes need to be made, if any. By keeping you on track and to strengthen your goals for the desired end result “which is to create new thoughts surrounding food and your desired weight loss goals.
I will record each session for you to listen to during the week doing this in between sessions will reinforce the planted suggestions and create the new mind-set that you want. Listening to your recorded session each day for the 4 weeks we are together, and even after our sessions end, you can continue to listen to the recording as needed to maintain the results. In fact, I encourage you to do so, this will only enhance and strengthen your success for days and weeks to come. I will also email you during the week to check on your progress.
