I had my first session with Gena a week ago. The first thing I want to say is that your healing begins as soon as you book your session. Your higher self knows what’s needs to be healed and will start preparing you. Gena is gifted at gently guiding you to where you need to go. She is kind and patient as you face things that have been hidden or too traumatic to want to look at. During my session I found myself in a lifetime that I wasn’t expecting to face in my first session. Recently, my husband and I had the opportunity to travel to Rome. While there, something within me was activated. I knew the energy of the land. I felt both a reverence and a terror. Once I went into trance, I knew exactly where I was and my conscious self didn’t want to be there. My body began to shake involuntarily. I was in Rome. I stood before an armored man and I could feel the cobblestone beneath my feet. I was a young man with a basket of fish. The rest of what came through I will kept private. But, after the session, Spirit helped me integrate what I had been shown. I was guided to look at what came through symbolically rather than literally. The message was that I was being shown where I have denied the Christ within me. The places within my being that still want to be separate. Even a week later, it is still unfolding. Hello everyone. I had a 4 weeks of therapy with Gena Batts-Kidd and she helped me to find my way to my inner self and to find happiness with myself. It is an ongoing process but I will follow the guidelines that she gave me and continue on my journey with the knowledge and help she gave. This past Sunday, I had my very first Hypno-session with Gena Batts-Kidd, When we are busy minded, we sometimes do not find the time to stop and smell the roses and we therapists can tire, or burn out. I had a QHHt I think that is the correct letters lol. I had one maybe about 2 months ago. I realized that a lot of what I am doing is related to who I was in a past life, and that a lot of it is coming back to me, feeling more like me and more like home. Also since my session, I've become healthier.. I do not eat less, actually I eat more than I did before but majority of it is vegetables, like I have a little meat and mostly my plate is full of vegetables, or i get 2 and 3 servings of green. beans etc... I'm exercising without having to make myself, by going walking with my son and dancing with the toddlers daily where I work. I have lost 7 pounds and counting. I have so much more energy to get stuff done, more motivation than I did before. I still rest and take naps but not as much as I did before. my session was amazing, and I would definitely recommend.~~Lynn R.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon Gena! My toddler accidentally sent her a message request! 🤣 I was at my wits end with my self and counseling didn't seam to match the problems I was having, plus I didn't have money for counseling. Gena is a lovely warm soul who really has a desire is to help others. I sought Gena out for a healing session through Reiki. After the session she mentioned that she also did life coaching, so I took her card. A few days later I called her up and set up a life coaching session. I’ll admit I did not think life coaching was really going to help, but I was wrong. I felt stuck in where my life was going so I let Gena work her magic on my psyche. I have learned more about myself in a couple sessions with Gena, and really discovered some underlying beliefs that are keeping me stuck. She really is more of a teacher and accountability coach that pushes you to reach outside of your comfort zone so you can discover your true potential. ​I went to Gena for hypnotherapy regarding a chronic medical condition. I was skeptical at first due to a previous experience with someone else. I didn't know if I could really be hypnotized. The first session, I was lightly under. The second, a little deeper. By the third session, I was very deeply hypnotized and although the session seemed to go by quickly I was actually under for 40 minutes! I was provided with suggestions that have helped manage my condition. If you visit Gena, bring your cell phone and make sure it's charged. She will record the session on your phone so you can play it back for reinforcement any time! In addition, she is a very nice person who makes you feel comfortable about the process.
